DAY RATES
Hourly - $100/hr (2 hr mininum)
Half Day (4hr block) - $400
Full Day (8hr block) - $700
Song Rate
Full production bundle (record, Mix & Master)
$1,500-2,000/song - Full production from start to finish.
Includes recording sessions, all editing (vocal tuning, time aligning, etc),
Sound design, and final mix. Also includes my producer role if desired.

(producing, engineering, editing, and mixing),
the per-song approach tends to be the best & most cost-effective option.
It also allows us to focus on making the record the best it can be
instead of the clock.
Mix rates
Full production mixes are typically $500
Live mixes vary depending on the project and scale
Editing, Tuning, or Restoration: $100 per hour
Stem Creation for Live Tracks & Remixes: $75 per song
Session musicians
Session musicians are available for a per-song or day rate
Booking / Deposits
Deposit for booking studio days
$100 deposit is required to book each studio day. The deposit goes toward the day rate or project rate.
Once booked, there is one free reschedule included with 48 hours or more notice in advance.
Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Deposit for booking full production or album projects
50% of the song or total project rate is required at the start of the project.
Remainder is required when final mixes are approved and the project is ready for mastering.

We accept Zelle, Venmo, paypal, check, or cash.
We do not accept credit cards at this time, however, a credit card can be added to a Venmo, Cashapp, or Paypal account quite easily.

Renting a full day (8 hrs at $100/hr) would normally cost $800, but booking a full day gets you a discounted rate of $700. Half days are not discounted.
The minimum booking time for a session is 2hrs., although we recommend speaking with us so we can give you an estimate of how long we think your project will take.
