The main room features a full backline and PA system so you don’t have to worry about carrying all your gear every time. In addition to rehearsal, the space functions well as a photo and video studio. The Trading Floor has had the pleasure of hosting artists and bands such as doom flamingo, stop light observations , Human Resources, easy honey , Daddy’s beemer, black diamond band, and many more.
The Trading Floor can be seen in the music videos for "Sunburn" by Little Stranger and "Must Be Something" by cry baby.
The Trading Floor offers monthly retainers where your time/night a week is secured for you, as well as one-off rehearsal slots where space is available.

$25/hour After 7pm, $50 for the night monthly retainer - $250/month Retainer rates means your dedicated night of the week is reserved for you and cannot be rented by anyone else. We offer this due to demand of the trading floor. The Retainer reserves the 7pm & after slot unless otherwise discussed.
Rehearsal slots are confirmed once payment is completed.
